Third street Row house

Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C.

Mid-Century meets minimalism, this family home on 3rd Street in Washington D.C.'s Capitol Hill neighborhood was a project focused on texture and light. With a selection of raw materials, handmade textiles, and intentional color selections this home came together to create an incredibly serene hideaway from D.C's busy streets. Expert space planning played a major role in allowing a modest size row house to feel large and airy for a family of four.
